Terms of Service
By using our website or requesting services from Thomas Tree Solutions, you agree to the following terms.
Services
We provide tree removal, tree trimming and pruning, stump grinding, emergency storm-damage response, and related tree care services in Oxford, Covington, and the surrounding Walton and Newton County, Georgia area. The exact scope of any job is described in the written estimate or service agreement we provide for that job.
Estimates and Quotes
Estimates are free and are based on the information you provide and our site visit, where applicable. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. The estimate becomes a binding agreement once you accept it in writing (including by text or email confirmation) and we schedule the work.
Property Access and Conditions
You agree to give us safe and lawful access to the property and the trees being serviced. You confirm that you own the property or have authority from the property owner to authorize the work. You are responsible for identifying any underground utilities, irrigation lines, septic components, or buried structures that could be damaged. We will use reasonable care, but we are not responsible for damage to unmarked underground items.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the work unless other terms are agreed to in writing. We accept the payment methods listed on our invoice. Past-due balances may accrue interest at the maximum rate allowed by Georgia law and may be referred to collection.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule by contacting us at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time at no charge. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a trip fee.
Insurance and Licensing
We carry general liability insurance as required by Georgia law. A certificate of insurance is available on request.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific job giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Thomas Tree Solutions operates two text messaging programs. The terms below apply to both programs and describe the consent language you agreed to when you provided your number.
1. Transactional SMS Program (Visit Reminders & Service Updates)
Program description. If you provide your phone number to us — through our website, our quote request form, by phone, or in person — we may send you transactional text messages related to your quote, appointment, or service. Examples include quote responses, scheduling confirmations, visit reminders, “on the way” notices, follow-up questions, invoices, and customer support replies.
Consent language. The disclosure you agreed to when providing your number reads: “By providing your phone number, you agree to receive Visit Reminders and other transactional text messages (SMS) from Thomas Tree Solutions. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel.”
How to opt in. You opt in by submitting our contact or quote form with your phone number, by replying YES to a confirmation message, or by giving us your number and verbally agreeing to receive texts.
Message frequency. Frequency varies based on your interaction with us. You will typically receive texts only while you have an active quote or job with us.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details. Thomas Tree Solutions does not charge you for the messages themselves.
How to opt out. Reply STOP to any text message from us at any time. After you reply STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts from this program. To opt back in later, reply START or contact us.
2. Marketing SMS Program (Promotions & Seasonal Offers)
Program description. If you separately opt in to our marketing program, we may send you promotional text messages such as seasonal service reminders, special offers, and discounts. This program is optional and is separate from the transactional program above.
Consent language. The disclosure you agreed to when checking the marketing SMS box reads: “I also agree to receive marketing and promotional text messages from Thomas Tree Solutions, such as seasonal service reminders and special offers. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP (or STOP MKT) to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.”
How to opt in. You must affirmatively check the optional “marketing SMS” box on our contact or quote form. Marketing consent is never bundled with consent to receive transactional messages, and consent to marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase or service.
Message frequency. Frequency varies. You will typically receive no more than a few marketing messages per month.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details. Thomas Tree Solutions does not charge you for the messages themselves.
How to opt out. Reply STOP MKT to opt out of marketing texts only while continuing to receive transactional messages, or reply STOP to opt out of all texts from us. After you opt out, you will receive one confirmation message and then no further marketing texts. To opt back in later, reply START or contact us.

Eligibility
